Title: Business Development Manager (Domestic)– Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth Location: Sector 60, Noida (Work From Office) Experience: 2-5 Years Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives Company: TSP Select About the Role TSP Select is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition, generate revenue, and build long-term business relationships. We are seeking professionals with a robust "hunter mindset" who are passionate about identifying opportunities, approaching decision-makers, closing deals, and contributing directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities ✔ Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market research. ✔ Generate consistent business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. ✔ Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, solution presentations, and commercial discussions. ✔ Negotiate contracts and close staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions opportunities.



✔ Manage newly acquired accounts until operations are stabilized and client relationships are established. ✔ Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. ✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. ✔ Generate a minimum of 2 new client acquisitions per month. Required Skills ✔ Proven experience in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition. ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ✔ Experience in generating new business opportunities independently. ✔ Ability to engage CXOs, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Procurement Teams. ✔ Strong understanding of revenue generation and business growth strategies. ✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
