Director
Role Objective The General Manager – Karnataka will be responsible for
end-to-end regional business growth , with primary ownership of
revenue, project closures, collections, sales pipeline, and team performance
across Karnataka.
The role requires strong leadership in
sports infrastructure project sales , strategic client management, deal negotiation, CRM discipline, and cross-functional coordination to ensure business targets are achieved from
lead generation through project closure and payment collection .
Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales & Revenue Ownership
Own and achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
for Karnataka.
Develop and maintain a strong and healthy
regional sales pipeline .
Identify recent business opportunities, markets, channels, and key accounts.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through new client acquisition, repeat business, and referrals.
Take complete ownership of regional sales performance and business outcomes.
2. Project Closures & Commercial Ownership
Take complete ownership of the
end-to-end sales closure process .
Lead client negotiations, commercial discussions, pricing, and contract finalization.
Improve
Lead → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
conversion ratios.
Personally drive and close
high-value projects ranging from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Cr+ .
Ensure every qualified opportunity has a clear closure strategy, expected closure date, and next action.
Monitor stalled and high-value opportunities and intervene wherever required.
3. Sports Infrastructure Project Sales Drive consultative and solution-based sales for:
Box Cricket Arenas
Football Turfs
Pickleball Courts
Basketball Courts – Indoor & Outdoor
Badminton Courts
Volleyball / Beach Volleyball
Multi-Sport Facilities
Other sports infrastructure projects
Manage the complete sales cycle:
Lead → Qualification → Site Vis
