Senior Public Relations Associate

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (On-site)

What You'll Do

- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, Q&A; sheets and other PR collateral that are sharp, accurate and aligned with client positioning
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with journalists and influencers across print, digital and broadcast media
- Lead proactive media outreach and manage timely follow-ups to maximise coverage and placement success
- Plan integrated PR campaigns and spearhead their execution, ensuring every deliverable is met on time and to a high standard
- Track news cycles, industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for client visibility and proactively flag potential risks
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines without compromising on quality




- Prepare media coverage reports and campaign performance summaries for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support crisis communication efforts and provide sound reputational guidance when needed

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Public Relations, agency experience preferred
- Solid media relations network and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp attention to detail paired with strategic, big-picture thinking
- Sound news judgment and the ability to spot and act on real-time opportunities
