Role Description The Senior Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role oversees the design and documentation of complex architectural projects, leading the project team from concept through construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating design development, reviewing and preparing construction documents, managing submittals, and ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability objectives.

The Senior Project

Architect collaborates closely with internal disciplines and external consultants, provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members,



and supports project management activities such as scheduling, quality control, and client communication. The role also involves contributing to design reviews, resolving technical issues, and supporting the successful delivery of projects aligned with AE7’s design vision.

Qualifications

- Strong architectural design and technical skills, with proven experience in Architecture for medium to large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, documentation, and coordination.
- Experience handling Submittals, construction documentation, and collaboration with contractors and consultants.
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.
- Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure or registration (or eligibility), as applicable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support project teams.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
