- Financial Services / Banking domain experience
- Recording Solutions – Installation, Configuration, Upgrades & Support
- Hands-on experience with NTRX
- Solid Windows Server/OS knowledge
- IP/SIP & Telephony experience
- Networking: OSI, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers
- Wireshark & Log Analysis
- Basic SQL / Shell scripting
- Strong client-facing & communication skills
- ? Cisco, Avaya & Varient – Mandatory
➕ Good to Have
AWS/Azure, VMware/Citrix, PBX/ACD, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect, LDAP, SSO, AD, DNS, DR/HA and MS SQL Server.
