About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to oversee project planning and execution within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, and Power sectors. This role involves ensuring project effectiveness and implementing safety protocols.

: Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools., Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones., and Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to.

Required Candidate profile: B.Tech / M.Tech Must-have: project planning, risk management, EHS practices Experience: 5-10 years

- Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.

- Develop and implement procedures, processes, and systems for assigned projects.
- Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on team input.
- Oversee schedules and risk management plans, providing warnings for deviations.
- Prepare and present regular project reports for management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers, ensuring best practices.
