Role Description The Senior Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, responsible for overseeing project planning and scheduling for industrial MEPF projects. The role includes developing and updating detailed project schedules, coordinating with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to align timelines with resource availability and construction milestones.

The Senior Planning

Engineer will monitor project progress,



analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. Daily tasks involve preparing progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation, supporting production planning and sequencing of activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and standards to enhance project execution efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for industrial and EPC environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for monitoring schedules, costs, and performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Relevant experience (typically 5–8+ years) in planning for MEPF, industrial construction, or EPC projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial MEPF systems, project execution methodologies, and safety and quality standards will be advantageous.
