A. Active Involvement in Network Deployment and Customer Coordination.
B. Providing Senior level technical support for network-related issues.
C. Planing, Documentations, SoP, Knowledgebase maintenance.
D. Involvement in the Network Architecutre and Reviews
This role involves a mix of Network Project Deployments and Tech Support, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic connectivity problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in network projects, support or Networking helpdesk environment.
- Experience in handling tickets and working in an SLA-based environment is an advantage.
- Experiecne in Project Deployments, Documentations,
SOPs etc
- Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Good Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
