Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps Canvas Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse, Power Automate, C#/.NET, Plugins, and Web APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE Online solutions.
- Work extensively on Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Develop and customize CRM components using JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, Web Services, and Web APIs.
- Develop and maintain C#/.NET-based CRM solutions following TDD practices.
- Design and develop CRM Plugins and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to support business processes and data management.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop Power Apps Canvas Apps based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, configuration, and security roles.
- Develop integrations using Web API/REST APIs for third-party system interactions.
- Implement CRUD operations using REST APIs and Web APIs through JavaScript.
- Design and develop integrations using Azure Functions for asynchronous messaging and cloud-based processing.




- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, build, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM production/support issues within defined SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and implementation of best practices.
- Work independently on assigned deliverables while contributing effectively to an Agile development team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 technologies.
- Candidates should be currently working on CRM technologies and have strong hands-on development experience.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
