Manager – Learning & Development (Renewable Energy)

Location: Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced L&D; professional to design and drive learning strategies that build technical, operational, safety, and leadership capabilities across renewable energy domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute L&D; strategy aligned with renewable energy business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design structured learning pathways.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage blended learning delivery, LMS platforms, and external partnerships.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA-HR/MHRM.
- 8–10 years in L&D;, with 3+ years in renewable energy, power, utilities, or EPC.
- Robust knowledge of renewable project lifecycle, safety, and compliance.
