Job Profile:

- Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements.
- Monitor and analyze inflow, outflow, and workload volumes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
- Track headcount against approved targets and identify staffing surpluses or shortages. Perform capacity gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, scheduling, or productivity improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs.

Position Specific Skills

Designation: Senior Manager - Workforce Management

- Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning, and forecasting principles in the Revenue Cycle Management space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.

Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools for dashboard development.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, data-driven environment.
