Qualification: M.Com/ MBA in Materials or Supply Chain preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Store operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage and issue of raw materials, consumables, spares and packing materials.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy .
- Monitor critical, slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Manage engineering and maintenance spares effectively.
- Ensure proper GRN, material issue and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, & Quality for material requirements.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, 5S and SOP compliance.
- Lead and develop the Stores team and drive process improvements.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Stores/Materials Management .
- Manufacturing/chemical/process industry experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of ERP, inventory management and spare parts management .
- Good leadership, analytical and coordination skills.
