About the Role

Lead the data infrastructure, BI and analytics function , converting business and customer data into actionable insights for a growing multi-location retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Build data pipelines & warehouse across ERP, POS, CRM and digital platforms.
- Own data quality, governance & BI reporting .
- Develop dashboards for revenue, margins, conversion and inventory .
- Drive forecasting, customer segmentation & LTV analytics .
- Support pricing, CRM and business decisions through data.
- Automate reporting and manage data/analytics partners .

Ideal Profile
- 7–10 years in Data Analytics,



BI or Data Engineering.
- Robust SQL, Power BI/Tableau and Python skills.
- Experience in data pipelines, warehousing and BI .
- Retail / high-volume transaction experience preferred.
- Strong business analytics and decision-making skills.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field .
