Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead and optimize Royaloak’s online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey and strong revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves overseeing ecommerce strategy, managing product listings, pricing, and promotions, and coordinating digital merchandising and content. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, monitoring conversion rates, and implementing improvements in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Ecommerce will manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners,



ensure consistent brand representation across platforms, and drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention. The position also requires mentoring team members, setting transparent KPIs, and aligning ecommerce activities with overall business objectives.
