Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trainer – Consulting to design and deliver high-impact capability-building programs for professionals across Evalueserve's Insights & Advisory and Professional services businesses.

The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of consulting and advisory experience in client-facing roles, coupled with a passion for developing talent and building future-ready consulting capabilities. The role will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design learning interventions, and drive consulting excellence across Evalueserve’s services business globally. The role will also champion the adoption of Generative AI, and Agentic AI to enhance consulting effectiveness, productivity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify consulting capability gaps and define future-ready skill priorities.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs focused on consulting, problem solving, advisory skills, executive communication and storytelling
- Integrate AI capability building into consulting roles as per the organization's AI competency framework, focusing on structured prompting techniques, AI-powered consulting workflows, and no-code/low-code agents using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI platforms.
- Develop customized learning journeys and capability-building solutions for associates across sectors, business lines, experience levels, and leadership tiers.
- Launch and scale impactful programs that strengthen consulting effectiveness, client-centric thinking, strategic problem solving, and business impact.
- Create and maintain curricula, case studies, simulations, assessments, playbooks, and digital learning assets aligned with business priorities.




- Act as a trusted capability-building advisor to business stakeholders and contribute to strategic talent development initiatives.
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously enhance learning interventions based on business impact, learner feedback, and emerging market trends.
- Stay abreast of consulting, industry, and AI advancements and translate them into practical capability-building solutions

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, analytics, market intelligence, or client-facing problem-solving roles.
- Demonstrated experience delivering consulting engagements
- Solid expertise in structured problem solving, executive communication, consulting frameworks, and advisory approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience designing and delivering learning interventions for professional, managerial, and leadership audiences.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development solutions.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and other GenAI solutions in consulting workflows.
- Experience using structured prompting techniques, low-code/no-code automation platforms, and AI agent development methodologies to improve business outcomes.
