- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation
- SAP CAR certification
- Exposure to retail SAP landscapes
- Experience in incident support, enhancements, and system monitoring
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills
