nWe are currently looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineer - (FTE position) - Jhajjar, Haryanan

nKey Responsibilitiesn
n
nProvide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.n
nPerform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.n
nDiagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.n
nPerform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.n
nConfigure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.n




nRespond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.n
nDocument all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.n
nCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.n
nRequirementsn
nMinimum 4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.n
nStrong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.n
nGood understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.n
nExperience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.n
nExcellent communication and customer service skills.n
