About the Role We are looking for a

confident, well-presented and articulate Sales & Client Relations Executive

to represent our real estate projects and interact directly with prospective buyers.
This is a highly

client-facing role . The ideal candidate should have an engaging personality, excellent communication skills and the confidence to present properties professionally — from the first enquiry and project presentation to site visits, follow-ups and final closure.
Key Responsibilities

Attend and respond to enquiries from prospective property buyers.
Understand the client's requirements, budget and property preferences.
Present

projects, properties, amenities, pricing and investment highlights

clearly and confidently.
Conduct professional

client meetings, property presentations and site visits .
Communicate comfortably with clients over

phone, WhatsApp, video calls and in-person meetings .




Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through professional and consistent follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver property presentations using brochures, presentations, videos and other sales materials.
Coordinate appointments and site visits with interested clients.
Handle client questions and objections confidently and accurately.
Follow up with leads and move prospective buyers through the sales process towards booking and closure.
Maintain updated lead and client information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding incoming leads and campaign responses.
Represent the company professionally during

property events, exhibitions, launches and client meetings .
Work towards monthly targets for meetings, site visits, bookings and sales.
Ideal Candidate

Excellent

English communication and presentation skills .
Confident, polished and comfortable interacting with different types of clients.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
