We are hiring Business Analysts to join a Top US MNC building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. Location 100% Remote Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks What You'll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Elicit, define, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases. Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.



Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions. Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle. Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts. Perform data analysis to identify trends, business insights, and decision-support information. Assist with change management, process documentation, and training materials. Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope. Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
