Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting. Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills. Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines. Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management. Good to Have: experience in

Windows Server administration . Strong knowledge of

Active Directory ,

Windows security . Expertise in
