Job Title :- AGM - IT SAP

Location: - Tiruppur , Tamilnadu

Key Roles & Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide the SAP / ERP related application-level support for all business users
n
- All SAP level issues to be tracked and closed with defined SLA
n
- Provide the implementation support for S4HANA in the organization
n
- Generate reports from SAP and provide in excel sheets with more clarity to the stakeholders.
n
- Participate in the SAP integration activities for all other systems
n
- Learn the business process and support business teams in terms of executing the required transactions in SAP ERP system
n
- Map business requirements from all stakeholders, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer needs.
n
- Work with SAP partners to do the suggested change requests, perform UAT and implement the changes in the production setting
n
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
n
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
n
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
n




- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
n
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
n
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
n

Minimum Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field.
n
- More than 12 years of experience in SAP operations
n
- Experience in preparing and maintaining master data in SAP
n
- Experience in apparel/textile manufacturing industry
n

n

n

Desired Skills & Experience

n

n
- Minimum 12+ years of experience SAP MM, SD, FICO, PP, WMS Module.
n
- Good knowledge in Excel so that complex reports can be made
n
- Ability to multitask and manage deliverables on-time.
n
- Ability to prepare and maintain Master data in SAP
n
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
n
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a CAN-DO attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
n
- Experience in a Garment Manufacturing / Retail industry would be an added advantage
