We are hiring a Senior International Trade Executive to manage EXIM operations and overseas business development, with hands-on experience in documentation, logistics, compliance, banking, and international customer coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end EXIM operations, documentation & shipments
- Coordinate with overseas customers, suppliers, banks, CHA, freight & logistics partners
- Ensure DGFT, Customs, FEMA & trade compliance
- Handle LCs, payments, receivables & export documentation
- Manage freight, customs clearance, shipping & deliveries
- Develop new international markets, customers & business opportunities
- Handle quotations, commercial offers, MIS & sales reports
- Resolve shipment, documentation & payment issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Purchase, Production & Logistics teams

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

- Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Management, Economics, or related field
- 27 years experience in EXIM, international trade/sales, or overseas business development
- Hands-on experience in EXIM documentation, logistics & compliance




- Experience coordinating with banks, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines & overseas customers
- Additional EXIM/International Trade qualification preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong EXIM procedures, documentation & compliance knowledge
- Understanding of Incoterms, LC, TT, customs & logistics
- Knowledge of DGFT, FEMA & Customs regulations
- Robust communication, negotiation & coordination skills
- Excellent English & MS Office skills
- Good commercial and analytical abilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions & deadlines
