Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and coordination with architecture and branding elements.

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review construction drawings, select and specify FF&E;, and ensure design intent is maintained through detailed documentation and site supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, presenting design proposals,



managing timelines and deliverables, and overseeing quality and consistency across all project stages. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting a solution-driven, hands-on project approach.

Qualifications

- Robust interior design foundation, including Interior Design, Space Planning, and Architecture skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation such as Construction Drawings and related detailing.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination for commercial and workspace projects.
- Advanced skills in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven experience (typically 6–8+ years) in interior design or interior architecture, preferably in commercial, retail, or workplace environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead design teams, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, detailing practices, and on-site execution processes.
