Purpose of the Role To oversee multiple table games/pits on the gaming floor, ensuring game integrity, dealer and Dealer Inspector performance, guest satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance across the assigned area, acting as a key link between the pit and the Pit Boss/management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate across multiple pits/table banks, ensuring Dealer Inspectors and dealers follow correct procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor overall game integrity, payout accuracy, and adherence to table limits across the assigned area.
- Review and authorize table fills, credits, and float movements, liaising with the Cage/Cash Desk.
- Oversee cash/chip reconciliation processes at table open, close, and shift changeovers.
- Investigate and escalate irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activity, coordinating closely with Surveillance and Security.
- Manage staff scheduling, break rotations, and manpower allocation across tables to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and disputes, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Evaluate and mentor Dealer Inspectors and dealers, providing structured feedback and identifying training needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with responsible gaming, AML, and state gaming regulations across the area.
- Maintain shift reports, incident logs, and documentation for management and regulatory review.
- Support the Pit Boss in operational planning, policy rollout,



and floor decision-making.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate; prior experience as a Dealer Inspector or equivalent supervisory table games role required.
- Age as per applicable state gaming regulations
- Robust track record of dealing and floor supervision across multiple games.
- Strong English/Hindi communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and guest-handling capability.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), as casino operations are 24x7.
- Extended periods overseeing activity across the gaming floor.
- Work in a high-security, camera-monitored environment.

Progression

- Promotion typically from Dealer Inspector based on performance, tenure, and skill assessment.
- Successful Senior Inspectors/Inspectors may progress to Pit Boss / Pit Manager roles.
