About the Company The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting identity governance and access management solutions that strengthen the organization’s IAM infrastructure. This role will focus heavily on Sail Point Identity Security Cloud / Identity Now, including application onboarding, source configuration, connector development, workflow configuration, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, and identity-related troubleshooting. The Senior IAM Engineer will also assist with Ping SSO implementation and support the configuration of other IAM-related platforms and integrations.

This role partners with security, infrastructure, application owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure IAM solutions are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support identity governance and access management solutions.

Focus on Sail Point Identity Security Cloud / Identity Now, including application onboarding, source configuration, connector development, workflow configuration, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, and identity-related troubleshooting.





Assist with Ping SSO implementation and support the configuration of other IAM-related platforms and integrations.

Partner with security, infrastructure, application owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.

Ensure IAM solutions are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud / Identity Now.

Sail Point Identity Security Engineer Certification.

Hands-on experience with Ping SSO or another SSO tool implementation.

Work history in enterprise IAM infrastructure, security engineering, or development environments.

Experience designing and developing IAM solutions, specifically with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud.

Experience developing custom Sail Point connectors.

Experience maintaining Sail Point connections with sources such as Active Directory, Google Workspace, JDBC, or similar systems.

Experience troubleshooting Sail Point Virtual Appliances in Linux and Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional IAM tools and technologies.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations.
