Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting team building activities.
This role will partner closely with the CHRO to enhance workforce capability, foster a culture of continuous learning, and strengthen employee engagement. The Senior HR Generalist will also contribute to HR process improvements, maintain accurate HR records, and collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Seasoned HR with 10-12 years of experience
- Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Proven 3/5 years of experience in a nonprofit industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
