MInumum 3 Years Travel Industry Experience

Consulting with clients: Listen to clients’ needs, preferences and budgets and provide personalised travel recommendations.

Booking travel arrangements: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours and activities, and manage itineraries.

Maintaining industry knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and travel destinations to provide informed recommendations.

Problem-solving: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues during the trip, and handle any necessary changes to travel plans.

Sales: Cross-sell and up-sell travel products and services to clients.

Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Compliance:



Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate client and booking records, and provide regular reports to management.

Marketing and promotion: Promote travel products and services, and participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Generate sales: Proactively promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and other ancillary services to customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
