Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Holiday Consultant – International Holidays. This role requires deep, first-hand destination expertise across global markets, strong luxury sales acumen, and the ability to manage premium clientele while driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of in-depth experience in international holiday planning, particularly across complex and long-haul itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
Destination Expertise & Product Development
- Demonstrate advanced, ground-level knowledge of Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia & New Zealand
- Curate bespoke, multi-country and experiential itineraries beyond mainstream tourist circuits
- Stay updated on regional nuances, seasonal patterns, luxury properties, exclusive experiences, and logistical considerations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, luxury hotels, and global partners
Client Engagement & Sales
- Handle high-value enquiries from discerning, well-travelled clients
- Deliver consultative, insight-driven recommendations tailored to client preferences
- Convert premium enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI / premium clientele
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in international / long-haul luxury travel
- Proven in-depth knowledge of Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia & New Zealand — including regional routes, hidden gems and offbeat experiences
- Demonstrated success in luxury travel sales and revenue target achievement
- Experience handling high-end / premium / HNI clients
- Strong commercial mindset with leadership capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, supplier negotiations, and CRM platforms
