Role Description The Senior Growth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position focuses on driving business growth through market research, lead generation, and development of sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing target markets, identifying current business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting negotiation and deal closure.

The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing growth reports and dashboards, and collaborating with project and design teams to align business development efforts with the firm’s strategic goals.

Associate is expected to take ownership of growth targets, maintain an organized pipeline,



and represent the firm professionally at client meetings and industry events.

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, build client relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
