JOB OVERVIEW

Go Colors is looking for a talented and driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our visual brand identity — crafting compelling graphics, producing high-quality videos, and bringing our creative vision to life across multiple marketing channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Graphic Design

- Create eye-catching graphics — banners, social media posts, email templates, product images, and other visual assets consistent with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and visuals for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.

(2) Video Editing

- Edit and produce engaging videos for promotional materials, social media, advertisements, product showcases, and other marketing initiatives.
- Enhance videos with relevant graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations to deliver polished and professional output.
- Manage video assets and maintain an organised library of footage, music, and graphics.

(3) Collaboration & Ideation

- Work closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, social media, and product development — to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design and video concepts that align with campaign objectives.

(4) Brand Consistency

- Uphold Go Colors' visual identity, style guidelines, and messaging across all design and video assets.




- Maintain a consistent look and feel across digital and print media.

(5) Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate project status and timelines clearly with team members and stakeholders.

(6) Tools & Technology

- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Stay current with the latest design and video editing tools, trends, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of creative output.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS (1) Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Video Production, or a related field.

(2) Experience

- 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Prior experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video editing skills across diverse projects.

(3) Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects preferred).

(4) Core Competencies

- Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and colour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback and creative direction.
