Role Description The Senior General Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end operations related to Canadian immigration and visa consulting services. This full time, on-site role in Canada involves managing teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality client service delivery across consulting, documentation, and case management.

The Senior General

Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth in Canada-focused service offerings. Daily responsibilities include supervising consultants,



resolving escalated client issues, maintaining compliance with immigration guidelines, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also includes fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and operational processes.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting, visa services, or related professional services, preferably with a focus on Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
