Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic & Web Designer – Team Lead who can lead the design team while also working hands-on as an individual designer.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for graphic design, branding, advertising, event/BTL creatives and managing our company website, along with supporting future website and digital projects for clients.

----Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

- Lead and manage the graphic design team and allocate design tasks.
- Review team designs and maintain creative quality.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative feedback.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely completion of projects.

Graphic Design – Core Responsibility

- Create designs for Events, BTL, Branding, Advertising and Digital campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, presentations, brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, kiosks and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs.
- Handle event and on-ground branding requirements.
- Independently execute design projects from concept to final artwork.

Website Management & Design

- Manage and regularly update the company website.




- Create and update website pages, banners, images and other visual content.
- Improve the website's overall visual appearance, layout and user experience.
- Design landing pages and website sections as required.
- Coordinate with developers/technical resources for website updates and improvements.
- Ensure the website remains visually consistent with the company's branding.
- Support and execute future website design projects for clients as the digital/web design business expands.

---- Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Good understanding of Web Design, UI/UX, typography, layouts and responsive design.
- Robust experience in Branding, Advertising, Events, BTL and Digital Design.
- Ability to independently manage and update website content/design.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage team responsibilities along with individual design work.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with WordPress/CMS.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or CorelDRAW.
- Portfolio is mandatory.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Lunch Break: 45 Minutes
