Role Description

Full time - 6 days working from office role The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and control activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitoring cash flow, preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role oversees financial operations, including cost control, revenue tracking, and financial risk management, while partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives, investments, and long-term growth plans.

The Senior Finance

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models, analyze business performance, optimize resource allocation, and implement robust internal controls.



This position also involves mentoring finance team members, improving processes and systems, and supporting audits and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Candidates should possess solid accounting and compliance skills, such as proficiency with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and audit support.
- Candidates should possess experience in cash flow management, cost optimization, and revenue analysis to drive sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in using financial software and tools, including spreadsheets, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.
- Candidates should possess leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including team mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of financial insights.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, CFA) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or a high-growth startup environment, along with familiarity with Indian regulatory and tax frameworks, will be an advantage.
