BuildAmbit is looking for a Senior Executive – Social Media to take complete ownership of our social media presence - from strategy and content to community engagement, growth, and performance.

About The Role

This is an end-to-end social media role for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, understand audience behaviour, and use data to drive growth.

You will be responsible for building and growing BuildAmbit’s social presence across platforms while creating content that resonates with the AEC, BIM, and professional upskilling community.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Drive growth in followers, reach, engagement, audience acquisition, and retention.
- Identify emerging trends, formats, platform features, and growth opportunities.
- Build short- and long-term social media roadmaps.

Content & Innovation

- Own the social media content calendar and publishing cadence.
- Conceptualise campaigns, recurring content series, and social-first formats.
- Translate industry trends, news, and meme culture into relevant AEC/BIM content.
- Collaborate with editorial, design, video, branded content, and marketing teams.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Community & Collaboration

- Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and day-to-day community engagement.
- Build relationships with learners, alumni, industry professionals,



and partners.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and influencer marketing teams.
- Convert masterclasses, courses, and events into engaging social narratives.

Analytics & Performance

- Track engagement, growth, watch time, CTR, shares, saves, and conversions.
- Analyse platform performance and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across formats, creatives, and posting schedules.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy and audience growth.
- Proven experience in scaling social media pages and driving organic growth.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience behaviour.
- Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and trend-forecasting skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management/scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Canva/Adobe Express; Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
