Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Role Description

· Should have knowledge of lab scale demo and data collection from R&D.;

· New product material balance, energy balance, line sizing, equipment sizing.

· PFD, P&ID;, Equipment Layout preparation, Equipment, Utility & Process line sizing.

· Basic and Detailed engineering of project.

· Process troubleshooting, distillation column troubleshooting, solvent recovery improvements

· Yield and capacity enhancement initiatives.

· Data collection from ongoing process at plant scale.

· Preparation of the equipment datasheet & technical evolution of the proposals.

· Develop Provide, Review and approval of equipment drawings.

· Preparation and checking of plant 3D modeling, piping layouts and isometric drawings.

· PMS & VMS preparation.

· Piping and Valve BOM.

· Process Optimization and trouble shooting.

· Responsible for the total execution of the project in line with Procedure, Attends all Projects Meetings.





· Maintain Project Master File; handle all Project communication with the vendors.

· Prepare and coordinate the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project.

· Co-ordination with internal team as well vendors and consultants.

· Ensure safety and environmental concerns are properly addressed.

· Piping & Valves BOM Preparation with Technical details.

· Preparing, evaluating, and implementing modifications to improve productivity and quality.

· PSSR, HAZOP and PRA activities.

· Pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover activities managing at site.

· Software knowledge like aspen, hysis etc will be added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from reputed university

Experience

5-7 years of experience in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
