Role Description The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across Manorama Industries Limited. This full-time, in office position based in Raipur involves partnering with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and developing effective sourcing strategies.



The role includes identifying and engaging talent through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating selection processes.

The Senior Executive

Recruiter will oversee offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with MIL’s values. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, optimizing hiring processes, and supporting employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

- Must have handled Plant level hirings
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for mid to senior-level positions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and other digital tools to identify and engage talent.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage candidate relationships and ensure an inclusive hiring process.
- Good understanding of manufacturing or specialty ingredients industries is an advantage, especially in global or multi-location contexts.
