Job Summary

Confiance Infratech Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our building construction team at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity estimates, BOQs and project cost estimates for residential, commercial and other building construction works.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQ and quantity estimates for building construction projects.
- Calculate quantities for RCC, concrete, reinforcement steel, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing and other civil works.
- Prepare material and labour cost estimates.
- Study architectural and structural drawings and prepare quantities accordingly.
- Review drawings and identify quantity discrepancies or changes.
- Prepare project budgets and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, vendors and management.
- Assist in rate analysis and tender/quotation preparation.
- Monitor estimated quantities and project costs during execution.




- Maintain proper estimation records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of building construction and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Practical site experience in building construction will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical estimation skills may be considered based on their capability and experience.

Experience 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Experienced candidates with strong knowledge of building estimation and costing are encouraged to apply.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month, based on experience, technical knowledge, estimation skills and overall work capability.

Location: Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Candidates who have hands-on experience in building estimation, BOQ preparation and quantity take-off are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
