The Impact you will have in this role: Role Summary The Associate provides day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments
- Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)
- Execute runbook‑based activities and health checks
- Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed
- Support application teams during testing and deployments
- Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands‑on enablement
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Work in shifts,



including weekends or extended hours

Primary Skillset

Oracle/SQL

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success: Required Skills & Experience

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Application Support, preferably supporting non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT).
- Good understanding of incident, request, and change management processes, with experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Willingness to learn and support middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate across application and infrastructure teams.

Primary Skills

- IBM MQ: Basic knowledge of Queue Managers, Channels, Queues, and MQ connectivity troubleshooting.
- WebSphere / Tomcat: Basic experience in application server monitoring, service restarts, log analysis, and issue troubleshooting.
- QA / Non-Production Environment Support: Experience supporting environment readiness, issue triage, and application validation support.
- Linux / Unix: Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, file systems, process monitoring, and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to middleware technologies and enterprise application support.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of monitoring tools and operational support processes.
