Senior Exam Coordinator
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Role Overview The Senior Exam Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all examination-related activities, ensuring the smooth conduct of assessments and compliance with academic standards. The role requires strong coordination with faculty, academic teams, and administration to ensure timely and error-free execution of examination processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Examination Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and manage examination schedules, including mid-term, end-term, and internal assessments.
- Coordinate with academic teams for examination timelines and subject coverage.
- Ensure timely communication of examination schedules to students and faculty.
2. Examination Execution
- Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations, both offline and online.
- Arrange invigilation duties and examination halls.
- Ensure adherence to examination protocols, guidelines, and discipline.
- Handle operational issues during examinations effectively.
3. Paper Setting & Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty for timely submission of question papers.
- Ensure proper formatting, moderation, and confidentiality of question papers.
- Manage secure printing, storage, and distribution of examination papers.
4. Evaluation Process Management
- Track and ensure timely evaluation of answer sheets by faculty.
- Follow up on pending evaluations and maintain evaluation timelines.
- Compile and verify marks before result processing.
5. Results & Records Management
- Prepare and publish results in coordination with academic teams.
- Maintain accurate records of marks, attendance, and examination data.
- Handle discrepancies, re-evaluation requests, and student queries.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain all examination-related records for audits and accreditation requirements, including NIRF, AICTE, NBA, etc.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory examination norms.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
7. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact between faculty, students, and administration for examination-related matters.
- Communicate examination guidelines, instructions, and updates clearly.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth examination operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage timelines and work effectively under pressure during examination cycles.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with examination management systems/software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in PGDM institutes or B-Schools is mandatory.
- Experience in handling end-to-end examination processes.
- Exposure to accreditation and audit requirements.
- Experience coordinating with faculty, academic departments, and administrative teams.
- Compensation & Advantages
- CTC: ₹4,80,000 – ₹5,40,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
- Work Schedule: Alternate Saturday Off.
