Designation Senior Executive - App Support

Role - Provide top-notch support to our users, conduct training sessions, and maintain app reviews and feedback. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Appointment Management system, DX App, Cloudnine App and Life trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Revert to customer queries via email / phone
- Conduct pan-India training sessions for doctors and users on internal applications.
- Manage app reviews, feedback, and ratings; share insights with stakeholders
- Initiate refunds and resolve user complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Analyze user feedback and suggest improvements
- Maintain comprehensive records of user interactions

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field.
- English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of hospital experience (optional)
- Flexibility to work in odd shifts (12:00 pm - 8:30 pm) and public holidays (compensatory off provided).Role & responsibilities
