We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our network systems, working closely with the IT and security teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.

- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

- Manage network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration records.

- Perform regular network audits, capacity planning, and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, escalating complex issues as needed

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and rollouts.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL)

- Participate in on-call rotation for critical network issues.





- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- 9+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role

- Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, or similar).

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN technologies.

- Experience with firewall configuration and network security best practices

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).

- Working knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to document technical processes clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (CCNP preferred).

- Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, or data center networking.

- Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible) for network tasks.

- Experience with network virtualization (VMware NSX, etc.)
