Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based in Ranchi.

The Senior

Engineer will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers, and supervising site engineers and technical staff.

The Senior

Engineer will conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, manage quality control, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. The role involves preparing progress reports, supporting project documentation,



and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering and construction processes.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in civil or construction engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Proven experience managing on-site construction activities, including supervision of teams and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common engineering and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar design software, MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control practices, and local building codes relevant to construction projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to detail in site execution.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project management or construction management are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role within the construction industry, preferably on large or complex projects.
