Job Responsibilities:

- Production Planning against sales orders, machine loading set-ups
- First committ date and track the order status and work to meet CRD
- Dispatch visibility for the month based on all inputs from operations, Client fulfillment team, logistics.
- RM Requirement based on receipes and BOM & in-house status
- Date wise / Week wise Production Plan scheduling, - M/C Wise
- Follow with Purchase against the requirement,
- Reports – Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly at Plant level and corporate.
- Plan v/s Actual- Daily basis Meeting
- Inventory Management Report and control across FG,RM,WIP and wastages - Weekly & Monthly
- Follow with SCM team for dispatch activities and ease out any hold-ups.




- Develop knowledge systems to percolate the proceedings to the team members
- Conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) to recognize and solve problems to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain flexibility in approach (including working hours) to support global customers.
- Service level agreement with all department, immediate customer
- Automation & Project (PoweBI, Dashboard)
- OTD & CRD
