and optimization initiatives Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issues Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes Maintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updates Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and Load Balancers Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments Required Skills Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments Preferred Skills Certifications (Preferred)Cisco CCNP / CCNASecurity or firewall vendor certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)ITIL Foundation certification
