Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based at the Rewari location.

The Senior

Engineer will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, including monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.

The Senior

Engineer will analyze data, implement corrective actions, support root cause analysis, and contribute to process and product enhancements. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and technicians, supporting safety and compliance initiatives,



and preparing technical documentation and reports for management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering with the ability to apply core engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in production or plant operations, including process optimization, equipment reliability, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD, basic analytical tools, MS Office) and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of quality management practices, safety standards, and industry regulations relevant to wire or related manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and guiding junior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering from an accredited institution; prior experience in a similar role in industrial or wire manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Rewari, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
