Role & responsibilities

- Lead and supervise assembly operations within the factory setting.

- Implement Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred) for process optimization.

- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and streamline workflows.

- Develop standard work procedures and improve assembly line balancing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production targets.

- Utilize industrial engineering tools to analyze and improve production efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.

- Provide training and guidance to assembly team member

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering discipline.

- 5 to 8 years in assembly operations or industrial engineering roles.

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.

- Robust knowledge of industrial engineering methods.

- Hands-on experience in process improvement and production optimization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and team-leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a factory workplace.
