Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, and campaign management, preferably within the Tours & Travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and Retargeting.
- Manage campaigns for travel packages, destinations, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day social media marketing activities.
- Plan content calendars for social media platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of reels, destination videos, creatives, blogs, emailers, and promotional content.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
- SEO & Website Management
- Coordinate SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, landing page performance, and lead conversions.




- Coordinate with the website/development team for website updates and landing page requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve website engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Develop digital campaigns focused on generating quality leads and customer enquiries.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and campaign performance.
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to improve targeting and lead generation.
- Support digital promotions for new travel products, destinations, and offers.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving campaign results.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Creative for marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors whenever required.
- Manage multiple campaigns and deliverables while ensuring timelines are met.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Tours & Travel, Hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
- Travel industry experience will be an added advantage.
