Role Description The Senior Diamond Jewellery Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves conceptualizing and designing high-end diamond and Polki jewelry collections, from initial sketches to detailed technical drawings ready for production. The designer will collaborate closely with the production team, gem experts, and sales teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, market-ready, and aligned with brand aesthetics.

Day-to-day tasks include trend and market research, development of recent design concepts, refinement of existing collections, and oversight of prototypes to maintain quality and craftsmanship standards. The role also requires mentoring junior designers,



contributing to design guidelines, and ensuring consistency in design language across product lines.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in diamond and Polki jewellery design, including concept development, sketching, and detailed design execution.

- Proficiency with jewellery design software (e.g., CAD tools, rendering software) and familiarity with technical drawings and specifications.

- In-depth understanding of gemstones, metalwork, manufacturing processes, and setting techniques relevant to fine jewellery.

- Ability to translate brand vision into commercially viable collections, with a solid grasp of market trends and customer preferences.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, merchandising, sales) and guiding junior designers.

- Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a refined aesthetic sense that balances tradition and innovation.

- Prior experience in luxury or fine jewellery design, preferably in diamond or Polki, at a senior or lead level.

- Formal education in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment.
