We’re Hiring: Pharmacometrics Programmer – R & NONMEM/(PK/PD)

Are you an experienced R Programmer with exposure to Pharmacometrics, PK/PD, and NONMEM? Here’s an exciting opportunity to work with a global Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics modelling team!

Position: Pharmacometrics (PM) Support Programmer

n

Experience: 4–10 Years

n

Employment Type: Full-Time

n

Location: Pan India

n

Work Mode: Hybrid/ WFH

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

✅ Program and perform QC of NONMEM PK/PD datasets based on SDTM/ADaM datasets.

n

✅ Perform QC and follow-up of outsourced NONMEM datasets.

n

✅ Prepare submission projects according to internal Pharmacometrics guidelines.

n

✅ Perform QC of customized R packages used for Pharmacometrics standardization.

n

✅ Build testing suites for customized R packages.

n

✅ Ensure NONMEM input data is accurate, complete, and valid within defined timelines.

n

✅ Collaborate closely with Data Management, Statistics, Statistical Programming, and Bio-analytical teams.

n

✅ Review requirements and data, identify gaps, suggest solutions, and improve programming efficiency and quality.

n

✅ Contribute to the development of current Pharmacometrics standardization initiatives.

n

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, WIs, regulatory requirements, and ICH-GCP standards.

n

n





Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.

n

n

4–10 years of relevant industry experience

n

n

Strong hands-on R programming experience – Mandatory

n

n

Knowledge of PK/PD and Pharmacometrics

n

n

Experience with NONMEM datasets / NONMEM programming & QC

n

n

Understanding of clinical trial concepts

n

n

Knowledge of *SDTM/ADaM* datasets will be an advantage

n

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

n

n

️ Good written and verbal English communication skills

n

n
