Looking for an experienced Human Resources skilled to join our leather manufacturing unit in Noida .

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in garment, leather, or manufacturing industries
n
- Industry Preference: Hands-on experience in a leather manufacturing unit will be strongly preferred
n
- Location: Noida – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate
n

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations
n
- Statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factories Act and labour laws
n
- Payroll coordination and attendance management
n
- Employee relations and grievance handling
n
- Liaising with government authorities and labour departments
n




- HR policy formulation and implementation
n
- Training and development initiatives
n
- Contract labour management and shop-floor workforce management
n

n

n

Ideal Candidate:

n

n
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory environment
n
- High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset
n
- Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and management
n
